Special Note for 6 month rate: If you should leave before your 6 months stay is complete your rent would revert back to the regular rates and tax for however long the stay.

To reserve a specific site a 4 month reservation is needed. Deposit is applied to last month. Leaving early forfaits your last month deposit.

To reserve a specific site, a 4 month reservation is needed. Deposit is applied to the
last month. Leaving early forfeits your last month deposit.
There is a 10% charge on all reservation cancellations. There is 11.5% sales and bed tax.
All rates include cable TV, water, sewer and trash pick-up.
All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited.
