Extra person (Daily or Weekly) $3.00 + $0.35 = $3.35
Extra person (Monthly) $2.00 + $0.23 = $2.23
Monthly Metered (4 to 5 month stay) $500.00 + $57.50 = $557.50
Electric Deposit $80.00
To reserve a specific site or be on the metered rate you must pay 4 months rent.  The reservation deposit for 4 months or longer is $450.00 which will be applied to the fourth months rent  If you leave early for any reason, you forfeit your deposit.


Six Month Rate
6 months + 1 day on a metered site......... $2760.00 no tax or $460.00 no tax a month for six months one day stay.  Storage is free for the rest of your year after the six months portion of your rent has been paid.  
Special Note for 6 Month Rate:  If you should leave before the six months have ended your rent would revert to the regular rent for the length of your stay.  You would pay both the back rent and the back taxes.
